Pos Screen

  • check_circle Pos(Sales) page will open

Add New Contact (Customer) in POS

  • check_circle From POS Screen
  • check_circle Click + (Add Customer button) near customer field
  • check_circle Add a New Contact popup will open
  • check_circle Fill Required Details:
  • check_circle Customer Name*
  • check_circle Company Name*
  • check_circle Mobile*
  • check_circle Address*
  • check_circle Click Save button
  • check_circle Customer will be Saved in Customer List ,Automatically selected in POS

Set Default Customer in POS

  • check_circle Go to Contacts
  • check_circle Click Customers
  • check_circle Scroll to Default Customer On POS
  • check_circle Select customer from dropdown (e.g., WALK-IN-CUSTOMER)
  • check_circle It will auto-save / update

Result in POS Screen:

  1. Open POS (Sales screen)

You will see the selected customer automatically shown at top

Set Service Staff  in POS

  • check_circle From Admin Panel:
  • check_circle Go to User Management
  • check_circle Click Users List
  • check_circle Find the user (e.g., Mr POS)
  • check_circle Click Edit button
  • check_circle In Edit User page Find option:“Is Service Staff” (checkbox)
  • check_circle Click Update / Save

 Result in POS Screen

  1. Go to POS screen
  2. Now in Service Staff dropdown

You will see:
Mr POS as selectable staff



Add Product

Product Name Search:

  1. Type product name in Product name
  2. Select product from suggestions
  3. Product will be added to list

7.12 Barcode Scan / Weight Scale (Same as Item Code):

  1. Scan barcode in Barcode Scan / Weight Scale field
  2. System reads barcode number
  3. Press Enter key
  4. System will:
    1. Find matching product
    2. Automatically add (append) product to list

7.13 Right-Side Product Click:

  1. Click product from right-side list
  2. Product will be added instantly

7.14 Item Code Search:

  1. Type the Item Code in Item Code field
    (Example: 12345)
  2. Press Enter key
  3. System will:

    1. Find matching product
    2. Automatically add (append) product to list

Add item in new row

Add item in new row

  1.    Each time you select the same product, it will be added as a separate row
Increase item quantity if it already exists
  1.   If the product is already added, the system will increase the quantity in the same row

Product Click → Item Popup

  • check_circle Click on the product name(Example: HAPPINESS BRAND CANDELS)
  • check_circle A product details popup will appear
  • check_circle Edit Fields
  • check_circle Update Unit Price if needed
  • check_circle Select Tax (e.g., VAT 5%)
  • check_circle Enter IMEI / Serial Number
  • check_circle Add Product Description (optional)
  • check_circle Changes will be:
  • check_circle Updated in product row
  • check_circle Reflected in total calculation
  • check_circle Row Level Changes
  • check_circle

  • check_circle Unit Price → updated value (excluding tax)
  • check_circle Tax Amount (row) → calculated
  • check_circle Subtotal (row) →(Unit Price × Quantity) + Tax
  • check_circle Total Without Tax: (Unit Price × Quantity) (excluding tax)
  • check_circle Tax: Based on selected tax % (e.g., 5%)
  • check_circle Total Payable: (Total Without Tax + Tax)
  • check_circle Round Off: System adjusts rounding (if enabled)
  • check_circle Final Total: (Total Payable + Round Off)

       Number of product rows

Ø  Example:

1.        Product A → 1 row

2.        Product B → 1 row

3.        Items = 2

        Total Quantity
      Sum of quantities of all products.

Ø  Example:

1.        Product A → Qty 2

2.        Product B → Qty 3

3.        Total Quantity = 2 + 3 = 5

Discount

User clicks “Discount” / “Edit Discount” button
 A popup window opens

  1. In the popup, user selects:
    1. Discount Type
      1. Percentage (%)
      2. Fixed Amount (₹)
  2. User enters value:
    1. If Percentage → e.g. 10%
    2. If Amount → e.g. 50
  1. System calculates discount:
    1. Percentage → based on subtotal
    2. Amount → direct value
  1. User clicks Apply / Save

Ø  Example

1.        Subtotal = 500

2.        Discount Type = Amount

3.        Discount Entered = 50

Ø  Final Calculation:500-40=450

Credit Note Redeem

  • check_circle User clicks “Credit Note Redeem”
  • check_circle A popup window opens
  • check_circle Popup shows: Enter Sale Return Number eg:SR-1-2-2026-000001
  • check_circle User enters: Valid Sale Return / Credit Note Number
  • check_circle System fetches: Available credit amount
  • check_circle Credit amount is deducted from total bill

Loyalty Point Redeem

Customer can use available loyalty points to reduce the bill amount.Each point has a fixed monetary value.
  1. User clicks Loyalty Point Redeem Popup opens

2. System shows:

  1. Available Points
  2. Message: Minimum 5 points required

3. User enters redeem points

4. System checks:

  1. If points less than 5 points

Ø  Show error: Minimum 5 points required

Ø  Do not apply

    1. If  points greater than 5 points

Ø  Allow next step

5. User clicks UPDATE

6. Amount deducted from total bill

 

Ø  Example

Available Points = 10
User enters 3 points → Not allowed
Show: Minimum 5 points required

User enters 5 points→ Allowed
Redeem Point (1 point = 5 AED)
5 × 5 = 25 discount applied
25  reduced from total

Delivery Charges

  • check_circle User clicks Delivery Charges Popup opens
  • check_circle Popup shows:Enter Delivery Charges
  • check_circle User enters amount Example: 50
  • check_circle User clicks Apply
  • check_circle Delivery charge is added to total bill
  • check_circle Example
  • check_circle Delivery Charges = 50
  • check_circle Final Calculation: 20 + 50 =70

Advance Receipt

Advance Receipt

1.        User clicks “Advance Receipt” button

2.        A popup/modal opens

Ø  Display Voucher List

System shows available advance voucher(s) 

Enter Amount

1.        User enters amount in the Amount field

2.        Example: 50

Ø  Validation

  1. If amount > receipt balance → show error:
    “Entered amount is greater than receipt balance amount”
    1. If amount > final total → show error:
      “Entered Advance Receipt amount is greater than final total”
    2. If both are valid → system applies the amount to bill
    3. Bill total gets updated

LPO Number – Simple Steps

  • check_circle User clicks LPO Number
  • check_circle Popup opens
  • check_circle User enters LPO Number
  • check_circle User clicks Save / Apply
  • check_circle LPO Number is attached to the invoice/sale

Cash Button


  • check_circle User Clicks Cash Button -> System first checks cart items
  • check_circle Validation Check
  • check_circle If no products added
  • check_circle Show error message:No Products added, add some products first.
  • check_circle Stop process
  • check_circle Popup opens (Cash Sale Amount Details)
  • check_circle System shows Total Payable Amount
  • check_circle User confirms cash payment
  • check_circle System checks amount (if needed validation)
  • check_circle User clicks Save / Confirm
  • check_circle System completes sale as Cash Sale
  • check_circle Balance becomes 0.00 and invoice is finalized

  • check_circle User Clicks Card Button->System first checks cart items
  • check_circle Validation Check
  • check_circle If no products added in cart

1.  User Selects Credit Sale->clicks Credit Sale / Terms of Payment

4. System Assigns Credit Terms

1.        Due date is calculated based on selected days

2.        Example:

Ø  Invoice Date = 06-05-2026

Ø  Terms = 30 Days

Ø  Due Date = 05-06-2026

5. User Clicks Save / Confirm

6. System Completes Credit Sale

Ø  Marks transaction as Credit Sale

Ø  Stores payment terms

7. Final Result

1.        Invoice is created as Credit

2.        Customer can pay later based on terms

Balance remains pending

4. User Clicks Action Buttons

Available actions:

Ø  Edit

Ø  Print (3inch, A4)

5. User Closes Popup

Ø  Clicks Close button to exit Recent Transactions window

Ø  If no products added

Multiple Pay


Step 1: Show Payment Popup

Ø  Total Payable

Ø  Payment rows (Amount, Method, Account)

Ø  Option to add multiple rows

Step 2: User Enters Payment

Ø  Enter amount

Ø  Select payment method (Cash / Card / etc.)

Ø  Add multiple payment rows if needed

Step 3: Confirm Payment

Ø  Save all payment entries

Ø  Link payments to the sale

Step 4: Print

Ø  Print Payment Receipt

Price Type Selection


Step 1: Show Price Type Option

Ø  Retail (Default)

Ø  Wholesale

Step 2: Trigger Price Update

Ø  On changing price type: System triggers product list refresh

Step 3: Apply Price Logic

Ø  For each product displayed:

  1.         if price type Retail display retail Price
  2.         if Price type Wholesale display wholesale price


Step 4: Update

Ø  All product cards on the right panel: Update price instantly 

E-Bill / SMS / WhatsApp


Step 1: Show checkboxes

Ø  E-Bill (Email)

Ø  SMS

Ø  WhatsApp

Step 2: User Selects

Ø  User ticks required options

Step 3: Validate

Ø  If Email selected → check email available

Ø  If SMS/WhatsApp selected → check mobile number

Step 4: Complete Sale

Ø  Save sale

Ø  Generate invoice number

Step 5: Send Notifications

Ø   E-Bill → Send invoice to email

Ø   SMS → Send bill message

Ø   WhatsApp → Send message / invoice link
