In an ERP system, Products are the goods or items that a business buys, sells, or manages in inventory.
Product Filters
- Go to Admin Panel.
- Click Products → List Products
and go to the Products
List page.

At the top of the page, you will see the filter
options:
Ø
Product Name – Enter the
product name to search specific items.
Ø
Barcode – Enter the barcode to
find the exact product.
Ø
SKU – Enter the SKU to filter a
specific product.
Ø
Variant Type – Select the
variant type from the dropdown.
1. Single
– Displays single (no variation) products
2. Variable
– Displays products with variations (size, color, etc.)
3. Combo
– Displays combo/bundle products
Ø
Business Location – Select the
location (e.g., Location 1).
Ø
Product Category – Select the
main category.
Ø
Sub Category – Select the sub
category.
Ø
Unit – Select the unit (e.g.,
pcs, kg, etc.).
Ø
Brand – Select the product
brand.
Ø
Status – Click on the Status
dropdown and select:
1. All –
Displays all products
2. Active
– Displays active products
3. Inactive –
Displays inactive products
Ø From
Barcode – Enter the starting barcode range.
Ø To
Barcode – Enter the ending barcode range.
Ø Sub
Unit Barcode – Enter sub unit barcode if applicable.
Ø Not
for Selling – Select this option to filter products not available for
sale.
4. Click the Filter button.
5. The system will display filtered
results based on the selected filters.
6. Click the Reset button.
7. All selected filters will be cleared.
8. The system will display all product
records by default.
Product Add
Ø Add
New Product
- Go
to Admin Panel.
- Click
Products →List Products and click the Add button
in the top right corner.
- The
Add New Product page will open.
Ø Enter
Product Details
1. Enter Product Name*(Required) – Type the product name.
2. Enter Item Code –
Provide the item code (if available).
3. Enter SKU – Enter
the unique SKU for the product.
Select Brand*(Required) – Choose the brand from the dropdown.
If the required brand is not available in the
list:
Ø Enter Category Name* (Required) –
Type the category name.
Ø Click the Save
button.
Ø The category will be added successfully and will
appear in the Category
dropdown list.

Sub Category – Choose the sub category.

Alert Quantity – Set minimum stock alert level.

Status – Choose Active or Inactive.

Business Location* (Required) – Choose
location (e.g., Location 1).

Additional Options
- check_circle Check Manage Stock – Enable stock tracking.
- check_circle Check Not for Selling – If the product should not be sold.
- check_circle Check Loose Item – If the product is sold in loose quantities.
- check_circle If enabled, the sales screen will automatically fetch weight from a weighing scale (useful for items sold by weight).
- Check
Quick Sale – To enable quick sale option.
- Enter
Quick Sale Sort Order – Set display order for quick sale.
Ø Product
Description & Images
- Enter
Product Description – Add product details.
- Upload
Product Image – Choose main image.
- Upload
Product Image 1 & 2 – Add additional images
(optional).
Ø Tax
& Product Type Details

Select
Applicable Tax – Choose tax (e.g., VAT 5%).
Select Variant Type*(Required)
Single – Displays single (no variation) products
Variable –
Displays products with variations (size, color, etc.)
Combo – When you sell one combo product, all the individual
items (child products) included in that combo will have their stock reduced
automatically.
Multi Sub-Units

Select
Unit*(Required) – Choose unit (pcs, kg, etc.).
If you
want to sell products in different units such as boxes and pieces, you can use
the multi sub-unit pricing option.
For
example, you can set prices for:
- 10 pieces (pcs)
- 25 kg bag
- 50 kg bag
You can
enter separate prices for each unit. During sales, you can choose the required
unit (e.g., 10
pieces),
and the system will use the corresponding price. Other units can be left unused
if not needed.
On the
sales page, you can choose the required unit (e.g., 10 pieces or 20 pieces) based on your needs. The product
will be sold according to the selected unit, as shown in the interface.
Bundles

Select Bundle*(Required) – Choose (Yes / No).
When Bundle = Yes, you can select multiple items (e.g., Keyboard, Mouse) and combine them into one product
(e.g., computer peripherals).
Only items with available stock (more than 1 quantity) will be shown for selection inside the bundle

Details
- Enter
Default Purchase Price.
- Enter
Default Selling Price (Excl. Tax).
- Enter
Default Selling Price (Incl. Tax).
Ø Other
Prices & Barcode
- Enter
MRP / Wholesale Price (Excl. Tax).
- Enter
Barcode. .
Ø Save
Product
- Click
the Save button.
The product will be saved successfully and added to the Products List.
Add Opening Stock After
Product Save
The
Product Open Stock page will open only if “Manage Stock” is enabled
while
- After
saving a product, the system will open the Product Open Stock
page
- You
will see the following details:
- Location – (e.g., Location 1)
- Product Details – (e.g., onion)
- Opening Stock*(Required) – Enter quantity

Opening Stock
- In
Opening Stock field, enter the available quantity
Ø Save

- Click
Save / Submit button
- Opening
stock will be added successfully
