Manual Production

Step 1: Open Add Manual Production Page

1. Go to Production -> Add Manual Production
2. The Manual Production form will open
   
   

Step 2: Enter Basic Details

Ø  Business Location* → Select location (e.g., Location 1)

ØDate* → Select production date

Ø  Reference No* → Enter unique reference number

Step 3: Source (Consumption)

This section is used to consume raw material / input product

1. Select Source Product (e.g., ANIMAL CROSSING)
2. Enter:

Ø  Quantity → How many units consumed

Ø  Unit Price → Cost per unit

3. System calculates:

Ø Amount = Quantity × Unit Price

4. Click Add (X) to remove if needed
5. This reduces stock from source product

Step 4: Destination (Production)

This section is used to create finished product

Steps:

1. Select Destination Product
   (e.g., ANIMAL CROSSING NEW HORIZONS)
2. Enter:

Ø Quantity → Produced quantity

Ø Unit Price → (auto / 0 allowed)

3. System calculates total
4. This increases stock for destination product

Step 5: Verify Totals

Ø  Total Quantity (Source) should match production logic

Ø  Total Amount shows consumption cost

Ø  Ensure correct input and output

Step 6: Save Production

1. Click Save
2. Production entry will be created successfully

 Step 7: System Effect

Ø  Source product → Stock Decreases

Destination product → Stock Increases
