Module used to manage cash and bank balances in the system.

Step 1: List Page (All Your Accounts)

Ø   Account Name:
Name of the bank or cash account.

Ø  Account Number:
Unique number identifying the account.

Ø   Account Type:
Type of account (Bank / Cash).

Ø  Balance:
Current available amount in the account.

Ø Added By:
User who created the account.

Ø Action:
Options to manage the account (Edit, Account Book, Deposit, Close).

Step 2: Filters

Ø   Account Name Filter:
Search accounts by name.

Ø   Account Number Filter:
Search accounts by number.

Ø   Account Type Filter:
Filter by Bank or Cash accounts.

Step 3: Add Account

Ø   Account Name:
Name of the new account.

Ø  Account Number:
Unique identifier for the account.

Ø   Account Type:
Select Bank or Cash.

Ø  Opening Balance:
Initial amount when creating the account.

Ø   Ledger Type:
Defines whether it is Bank or Cash ledger.

Ø   Note:
Additional remarks.

Step 4: Edit Account

Ø   Edit Account:
Modify account details like name, number, or type.

 

 

 

 



Step 5: Account Book

Ø   Account Book:
Detailed statement of all transactions for that account.

Ø   Date:
Transaction date.

Ø   Description:
Type of transaction (e.g., Fund Transfer).

Ø Invoice No:
Reference number.

Ø  Debit:
Money added to the account.

Ø   Credit:
Money deducted from the account.

Ø Balance:
Running balance after each transaction.

Step 6: Deposit

Ø  Deposit:
Add money into the selected account.

Ø  Amount:
Value to be added.

Ø Account Type (Debit/Credit):
Defines transaction nature.

Ø   Date:
Transaction date.
