Accounts Payable (Only Enable Ledger) in Dashboard

1. Account Payable - Shows the total amount to be paid to suppliers.
2. Overdue Payable - Shows the amount that is past the due date.
3. Percentage Overdue Payable - Displays the percentage of overdue payable compared to total payable.

Ø  Payable Aging Details

1. Overdue - Amounts that are already past the due date and need immediate payment to suppliers.
2. 1 – 30 Days - Payables that are due within the next 1 to 30 days. These should be planned for payment soon.
3. 30 – 45 Days - Upcoming dues in this range, giving some time to prepare payments 
4. 45 – 60 Days - Future payables that are not urgent but should be monitored
5. 60 – 90 Days -Long-term dues that are scheduled further ahead.90 Above Days-
6. 90+ Days- Payables overdue for more than 90 days, considered critical and require immediate attention.
